Milford resident Lily O’Donnell surrendered on Thursday, Oct. 25 at Milford Police Headquarters, where there was a warrant out for her arrest stemming from an incident earlier this year.

According to police, on July 18, O’Donnell and a second suspect - whose name was not released - broke into Edible Arrangements on Cherry Street, stealing the contents of the cash register. They then fled the area. Police investigated the theft, identified O’Donnell as a suspect and the warrant for her arrest was issued.

O’Donnell was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit burglary, conspiracy to commit larceny, conspiracy to commit criminal mischief and larceny. Following her arraignment, O’Donnell was released and she is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 20 to answer the charges.
